Christ Church Garden

We are really enjoying gardening here at Christ Church.  We have a gardening club on Wednesday lunchtime and Y6 are transforming the garden outside their classroom. Classes will be growing all sorts of things over the next few weeks.

    Thrills and Spills!

We have really enjoyed our Thrills and Spills topic and have learned lots about how things move and other things that are exciting or thrilling!  Reception class have learned about exciting jobs and they all want to be lighthouse keepers or ice-road truckers when they grow up!

We have had lessons with D&T staff from Swallow Hill.

Several KS2 classes will complete the topic with a trip to Lightwater Valley in July.
